So who is EQUIPRO?

Equipro is 3 individually run and managed companies found under one roof. Having Mortgage, Real Estate, and Construction all under one roof, sharing the same common vision, and goal simply makes us more effective at following through on our commitment to provide the very best service and experience possible.

 – Zach Eastman has been in the mortgage business since 1997 and has worked as a processor, originator and underwriter for national banks and local brokerages. He has experience with Conventional, FHA, VA, Rural Housing and many other loan programs to ensure each client obtains a home loan that is customized to their unique situation.

– Adam Koch has a passion for Real Estate and has been in the business for years. Adam's success stems from his work ethic, ability to problem solve, and the reputation he's built up over years of hard work. A majority of his years in the Real Estate business have been spent in the Park City market but much of his time is now spent working with Banks to negotiate Short Sales along the Wasatch Front. He's a graduate of the University of Utah, has 4 great kids and a lovely wife.

Equipro Construction – Jason Kessler has been a successful general contractor since 2001. In 2004 he moved his family from California to Utah and has enjoyed building custom homes ever since. Jason lives by the mantra, "if you work hard and provide a good service you can be successful in any venture". Jason has a full time crew of experienced builders on staff enabling him to hold to timelines, and stay on budget for any project.
